This Identity draws inspiration from a classic Italian trattoria aesthetic; allowing for the brand to feel both fresh and familiar, trendy and timeless. Bandit’s identity pays homage to classic Italian design sensiblities, but amps them up for the modern age. Angular text, minimalist sans serif fonts pair neatly with our handdrawn bear mascot to create a brand that’s equal parts respectable and jovial. Patterns and playful messaging bolster the identity, and allow for endlessly interesting combinations across packaging, signage and merchandise. This design aesthetic walks the line between trendy and accesible; presenting an inviting yet cool image.
